To book The Sunshine Picnic Company for your event, simply fill out our contact form and provide us with your event details. We will respond within 24 hours to schedule an initial consultation & discuss your needs and vision for the event.  The legal contract will need to be signed and a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Lastly, the remaining balance is due 2 days prior to the event date.

Yes, we specialize in creating custom event themes to match your vision and style. Whether you want a tropical beach party or a vintage-inspired wedding, we can bring your ideas to life.

We work with a variety of venues, including hotels, event spaces, private estates, and more. We can also help you find the perfect venue if you haven't already selected one.

If weather conditions are not suitable for an outdoor picnic, you can reschedule for up to a maximum of 3 months in the future of your original picnic date.  Deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future event. If you wish to reschedule due to other circumstances besides inclement weather, we will require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to your event date and must be approved by the Sunshine Picnic Company.

The Sunshine Picnic Co. does not provide alcoholic beverages. Depending on the venue, you could bring your own. If you choose to drink alcohol at your picnic, The Sunshine Picnic Co is not responsible for the actions or potential consequences of your guests.

You are welcome to bring your own food! Our vendors do offer wonderful charcuterie boxes and dessert tiers. These are available at an additional cost.

We will text you with a reminder of your picnic and give directions where we are set up. You arrive and enjoy. We will return to do all the cleanup. We ask that you please notify us if you are ending early & at least 20 minutes before the end of your picnic to ensure we will be there for cleanup.
